Over the summer I made a point to be really good with drinking water. I drank about 2 1/2 liters of water every single day and I felt GREAT. Since I’ve moved back to college I struggle trying to drink even a liter. I fill up my Hydroflask each morning but I’m so distracted by all the different drink options I can get at my school, that I forget about my water.
Starting today (October 9th) I’m going to be challenging myself to drink about 2 liters of water everyday. I’m going to try and get the first liter down before 1pm and the second before 8 so I don’t stay up all night having to use the bathroom (haha).
